By completing this sign-up form and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions governing your annual QR Code Generation Services subscription.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each one-year term at the same annual fee of PKR 5,000, unless cancelled in advance.

Cancellation Notice Window

To prevent automatic renewal, written notice of cancellation must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

Advance Email Reminder

A renewal reminder will be sent to your registered email address 30 days before your subscription renewal date to ensure timely decisions.

Renewal Summary

• Same rate guaranteed: PKR 5,000/year

• Email reminder sent 30 days prior

• Cancel notice required 30 days prior

• Renewal activates on the anniversary date

• No rate increases without prior written notice
